When discussing the sanitizer with the PIC, the 3-comp sink measured at 100ppm for quat sanitizer. Instructed the PIC that a possible benefical solution going forward is to run the sanitizing solution before filling up each sanitizer bin, bucket, and 3-comp. The establishment manager will also be notified to monitor the sanitizer and possibly notify their sanitizer servicer if service is needed.
Correction: Monitor sanitizing solution concentration to ensure proper levels. Run sanitizer solution before filling sanitizer bucket, bins, 3-comp if needed. Notify servicer if needed.
