     There was tape on the handle and on a gasket of a beverage cooler. I informed the PIC that if there are issues with the beverage cooler, they need to be repaired and the tape removed so that the non-food contact surfaces of the beverage cooler are smooth. The PIC indicated that they understood.

     Correction: Provide non-food contact surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
