WHEN TO WASH
Employee observed not washing hands after exiting the restroom. Employee then proceeded to let another employee in from the back office door. Observed employee who opened the door head to the service line. Employee then grabbed single use plates and place onto the service line. Employee then proceeded to go into the walk in cooler and grab milk bottles. Employee took milk bottles and place them into 2 door cooler. Instructed employee to wash their hands. Employee then washed their hands and discarded single use plates.
Correction: Employees shall wash their hands after engaging in any activity that may cause their hands to become contaminated.
