      A carbon monoxide alarm is not provided in the sleeping area in the basement. Spoke with PIC about this, they said they would have one installed and have a picture sent over.

      Correction: Provide a carbon monoxide alarm outside of each separate sleeping area within 21 feet of any door to a sleeping room and in each sleeping room, if a fuel-burning appliance is located within the sleeping room or its attached bathroom.

      The top of the guard on the two bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom with four total beds did not have a 5" clearance, they were measured at 4". Discussed this with PIC, PIC stated they would make sure thinner mattresses would be put up there to reach requirement.

      Correction: Reconstruct the top guard or install a thinner mattress to provide at least 5 inches above the top of the mattress.
