     Observed some shelfs have non sealed wood and cardboard lining the top of shelfs. Instructed Person In Charge to remove cardboard and seal the wooden shelfs. PIC stated they will remove the cardboard and reseal the wooden shelfs.

     Correction: Provide non-food contact surfaces that are constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.

     Observed inside of chest freezer and bottom of the inside of 10 door cooler is not cleaned on a frequent basis and have accumulation of debris. Instructed PIC to increase the cleaning frequnecy of these areas. PIC stated they will get these areas cleaned.

     Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
