Observed no date marking. Owner stated they made the chicken wings, and broccoli cheese soup on 12/14/25. Observed all food products that have been prepared and frozen are not date mark. Chicken taco meat was made and frozen on 12/2/25, turkey was 12/14/25 and beef was 12/11/25. Provided education to owner that all tsc food items need to be date mark when frozen then update the date mark once the are put into a cooler to thaw. Owner stated they will get it all properly date mark.
