PIC stated the cooler is not working and they have been placing ice into cooler. PIC stated they have place a work order in to repair the cooler. PIC then place bottle of mayo into walk in cooler to cool. PIC stated they will make sure it reaches 41F or less in 1 hour. Instructed PIC to keep to put ice around bottles of sauces when in the 2 drawer/1 door prep cooler. PIC stated they will put more ice in the cooler and monitor all temperatures of TSC Foods.
