     Observed a chlorine test kit is not available for checking sanitizer concentrations. Informed owner and owner then ordered tests strips online during the inspection.

     Correction: Provide a test kit or other device for measuring the concentration of sanitizing solutions.

     Observed the bar 3 compartment, kitchen 3 compartment, and handwashing sink in kitchen is fixed in place and not easily movable to allow for cleaning. Observed sinks are not caulked to wall. Instructed owner to caulk sinks to wall. Owner stated they will caulk these areas.

     Correction: Equipment shall be spaced from wall and other equipment to allow cleaning on all sides, sealed to adjoining equipment or walls, or elevated on legs to allow for easy cleaning.
