     Smoke detectors in kitchen areas were expired and need to be replaced. I informed the PIC, and he told me that he would have the smoke detectors replaced.

     Correction: Provide operational smoke detectors in all sleeping rooms and required locations.

     CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS - REQUIREMENT

     A carbon monoxide detector was not provided in cabins with gas stoves. I informed the PIC that he needs to have a carbon monoxide detector in any room with a fuel-burning appliance, and they told me that they would get one in each cabin.

     Correction: Provide carbon monoxide detectors in all required locations.
