I asked an employee and the PIC how long these products are left on the counter for and they informed usually no longer than 10 minutes during their busy times. The milk temped at 46 F. I informed the PIC to place the milk back into the cooler and to use another that was new and had been in the cooler and that TCS products have to be kept at or below 41F.
