Only expired test strips were available for monitoring bleach sanitizer concentration. I explained to the PIC that unexpired chlorine sanitizer test strips are needed to monitor sanitizer concentration, and the PIC ordered new strips during the inspection, to be delivered tomorrow.
Correction: Provide a test kit to allow accurate determination of the sanitization concentration.
