     Scoop was being stored on top of coffee ice cubes, with the handle in contact with the ice. I informed an employee that scoops being stored in food need to be stored with their handles above the food, and the PIC moved the scoop to no longer be in contact with the ice during the inspection.

     Correction: Store in-use utensils in the food item with handle extended, on a clean surface, running dipper well or in a container of water greater than 135°F.
