     I observed no approved certified food protection manager in the food establishment. After discussing with the PIC and another employee, the employee's certifications were not a CFPM certificate. The facility has no CFPM. After discussing with PIC, the PIC stated they or someone will obtain a CFPM certificate within 90 days. The establishment was given a conditional license agreement to obtain a CFPM within 90 days July 28, 2026.

     Observed 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink are fixed in place and not easily movable to allow for cleaning. I informed the PIC that both the 3 compartment sink and hand washing sink need to be sealed to adjoin them to the wall as they are fixed in place and not movable to allow for easy cleaning. The PIC agreed and informed they would caulk both sinks soon.
