      Wall above 4-Comp Sink located in kitchen is not easiliy cleanable due to use of duct tape. Discussed issue with Greg. He is already planning on replacing wall material with water resistent material and sealing the equipment to the wall. He showed me the material he plans on using and it meets cleanability requirements.

      Correction: Provide equipment that is designed and constructed to be easily cleanable and free from unnecessary ledges, projections and crevices.
