PIC stated mac cheese was reheated 15 minutes ago and place into steam table then. PIC then reheated mac cheese and the temperature reached at 185F. PIC then also added more water to steam table.
Correction: Maintain time/temperature control for safety food at or above 135°F. Discard unsafe food items.
