     No thermometer is present for monitoring internal temperatures in foods. I spoke to the PIC about the need for a thermometer given the presence of milk, and the PIC indicated that they would obtain one.

     There was no approved or current certified food manager for this establishment. I explained to the PIC that they have 90 days to obtain and post an acceptable certificate on the premises, and the PIC indicated that they understood.

     Correction: Provide an approved certified food protection manager in the food establishment within 90 days.

     Handwashing sink was not non-hand operated. I spoke to the PIC about make the sink non-hand operated, and the PIC expressed their intent to purchase an automation system for the sink and have it installed.

     Correction: Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactivation for at least 15 seconds.
