     Observed no air gap provided on soda machine ice bin and ice machine in basement. Instructed PIC to have an air gap on ice bin and ice machine. PIC stated they will get an air gap on each of these.

     Correction: Provide an air gap on water supply side to protect water supply.

     Handwashing sink observed to be block with drying rack inside sink basis during inspection and is unavailable for proper handwashing. Informed Person In Charge and PIC removed drying rack allowing proper handwashing.

     Correction: Keep handwashing sink free of obstructions at all times to allow for frequent handwashing.

     Observed 1 door mini cooler is not equipped with an integral or permanently affixed temperature measuring device. PIC is aware cooler does not have a thermometer. PIC stated thermometer broke and PIC stated they will get a new one in the cooler.

     Correction: Repair equipment to good condition or remove from premise.

     Observed counter top between 2 drawer/1 door prep cooler and coffee machine and the outside of all three 2 door cooler are not cleaned on a frequent basis and have accumaltion of debris. Instructed PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of these areas. PIC stated they will get these areas cleaned.

     Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
