Observed sanitizer just ran out and owners stated they will pick up more. Owners stated they will use the 4 comparmtent sink to snaitize dishes until they get another bottle of sanitizer for their dishwasher.

      Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration.
