     In a lifeguarded pool area: Gates and doors are not self-closing and latching, and the gates and doors to the pool are not staffed with an attendant and at least one lifeguard present. Attendant left post. Staff then have a attendant present at door enterance.

     Correction: Provide at least one attendant or lifeguard at the gate or door and at least one lifeguard, or close the pool and lock the gate or door until an attendant and lifeguard can be provided.
