The carbon monoxide alarm in the utility room is not was observed to be manufactured in in February 2014 with a 10 year life-span according to the manufacterer. The carbon monoxide detector was also observed missing from the room initially, however, the PIC was able to find the CO alarm. The PIC was informed that the CO alarm was expired according to the manufacter date and was informed to obtain a new CO alarm today. The PIC was informed that KCPH will be coming by on 5/20/26 to inspect and see if the CO alarm was replaced with a new one.
Correction: Repair or replace the carbon monoxide alarm within 5 calendar days.

The smoke alarm was measured installed less than 4in from the ceiling on the wall in the room. The PIC was informed that smoke alarms must be installed greater than 4in from the ceiling when installed on the wall or 4in from the wall when installed on the ceiling. The PIC stated they would move the smoke alarm today.
Correction: Install according to the directions and specifications of the manufacturer of the smoke alarm. Move the smoke alarm greater than 4in from the ceiling on the wall.
