Got the same temperatures as before. Employee then discarded hot dogs and brats. PIC and employee stated that the rollers were just fixed. Employee increase the temperatures of the roller units. PIC stated they will monitor the roller units more often.

      Correction: Maintain time/temperature control for safety food at or above 135°F. Discard unsafe food items.
