     There was no thermometer capable of taking an internal temperature of food present at the facility. I informed the PIC that at least one such thermometer is needed, and the PIC told me that they would obtain one.

     Correction: Provide a thermometer that is easily accessible and capable of taking temperatures in food.

     Handwashing sink near food prep area was being blocked by a vacuum. I pointed this out to the PIC, who moved the vacuum and told me that they would keep the sink accessible.

     Correction: Keep handwashing sink in working condition at all times to allow for frequent handwashing.
