     Observed pool deck area not maintained in good repair. Observed small pieces of the concrete deck is missing from the corner of the pool deck/pool basin. Observed some cracking and pitting of the concrete pool deck. Instructed CPO to repair pool deck. CPO stated they will get it repaired.

     Correction: Maintain pool deck area in good repair.

     Observed one of two gates does not latch. Observed when gate is fully opened and when the gate is released to close, the gate door bounces off the latch and the gate does not close. Informed CPO and CPO and staff are currently working on fixing the gate. CPO and staff fixed the gate door. Door now closes, latches and locks.

     Correction: Provide a latching door.

Where the overflow point for backwashing and chemical injectors, the chemicla injector line is feeling into the tube without an air grap.Discussed with staff that theres a air gap. Staff created an airgap for the injector line.

     Correction: Provide approved backflow and backsiphonage protection between the water supply and the overflow point of any pool, makeup tank, surge tank, solution tank, or slurry tank.
