     Observed the outside of one chest freezer, shelfs of a prep table, the outside of the 1 door upright cooler and the floor of the outside walk in/beer cooler are not cleaned on a frequent basis and have accumulation of debris. Instructed PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of these areas. PIC stated they will get these areas cleaned.

     Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
