      Observed an opened can of whipped cream in the 3 door under counter cooler with a best by date mark of January 2026. I asked the PIC if the can had been used recently and they stated they were unsure and I informed the PIC that the product has exceeded its manufacture specified best by date and if the PIC was unsure when the whipped cream was opened that it should be discarded. The PIC discarded the whipped cream.
