      Observed the dumpster area used to store [refuse; recyclables; returnables] has accumulation of garbage on the ground around dumpsters. Observed dumpster is over filled with bags garbage. PIC stated they are aware of this and stated the garbage company has not came out in 2 weeks. PIC stated owner has contacted garbage company and garbage company was supposed to come out today and pick it up and has not. PIC stated they will contact the garbage company again and get the areas cleaned up.

      Correction: Remove all unnecessary items from storage area or enclosure used to store refuse, recyclables, and returnables.
