     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     Multi-use food contact surfaces, such as dishes/utensils are not being washed, rinsed and sanitized for different guests. Tourist rooming house ran out of sanitizer. Guest are unable to sanitizer their dishes. Discussed with owners on getting sanitizer for guest to sanitize

     Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods. Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.
