Instructed Chief Engineer to increase air gap to 1.5 inches above main drain at each ice machine location. Chief Engineer cut main drain pipe to allow air gap of 1.5 inches to prevent back siphonage into ice machine.

     Correction: Provide an air gap or other approved backflow/backsiphonage protection device.
