      Peeling implements were being stored in contact with wall, and a knife was wedged underneath prep station hinge. Both PICs were informed that these were not being stored in clean locations and needed to be moved to warewashing. PIC Cody moved the knife during the inspection.

      Correction: Clean equipment and utensils, laundered linens, single-use and single service articles shall be stored in a clean dry location, not exposed to contamination and off the floor.
