     Facility did not have a sanitizer test kit to test the concentration of quat and chlorine-based sanitizers used on the premises. I informed the PIC that they needed to have test kits for both quat and chlorine-based sanitizers, and the PIC indicated that they would obtain them.

     Correction: Provide a test kit to allow accurate determination of the sanitization concentration.
