      Observed a gallon of milk in the Avantico prep cooler from a food processing plant was not date marked once the container was opened. The PIC was informed that food from a processing plant must be date marked when the container is opened for 7 days with the day the container is opened being day 1. The PIC stated they would date mark the commercially prepared products.

      Correction: Adjust method or procedures so that all ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food from a food processing plant is date marked when the container is opened. Discard improperly date marked food or food that has past the 7 day shelf life.

The PIC informed they might change the gender designation of the restrooms to gender neutral. The PIC was informed if the restrooms were gender neutral, both restrooms will need a covered waste receptacle. The PIC stated they would get a covered waste receptacle in the women's restroom.
