     Employee observed not washing hands after touching their face and before they touched unwrapped single-use articles. I pointed this out to the PIC, and they told me that they would speak with the employee about proper handwashing.

     Correction: Employees shall wash their hands after engaging in any activity that may cause their hands to become contaminated.

     FOOD LABELS - LABEL INFORMATION

     Sandwiches being sold at self-service did not have any labeling information on them. I informed the PIC that any foods being offered for self-service with more than one ingredient needs to have the common name of the food, an ingredient list, allergen information, and the name of the manufacturer present, and the PIC told me that they would get all necessary labeling information added.

     Correction: Label information shall include: common name of food, ingredients in order of predominance, quantity, name of business or manufacturer, color additive such canthaxanthin or astaxanthin in salmon and nutritional information.

     No handwashing signage provided at handwashing sink near dishwasher. I discussed the need for handwashing signage with PIC, and they told me that they would provide appropriate signage at the sink.
