     Facility has a 4 compartment sink in the kitchen. The last compartment is for handwashing. Staff had that one filled with sanitizer solution. Informed PIC it is to be used only for hand wsshing and to place a sign that states that.

     Correction: Keep handwashing sink free of obstructions at all times to allow for frequent handwashing.

     Bowls of cooked rice in walk in cooler in basement were not covered. Had staff cover them with saran wrap.
