PIC stated container of tomatoes should have no been placed out during this time. PIC then discarded the container of tomatoes. PIC stated tomatoes are place out during lunch and dinner service and not in the morning. PIC then explain during these times tomatoes are taken out of refridgation, then placed on service line with a sticker on when to discard. Stated that's when time as a public health control is used.

      Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items.
