     Retail food establishment license was not posted in a conspicous area of the establishment, although there was a copy of the license posted on the premises. I informed the PIC and kitchen supervisor that the actual license needs to be posted in a public-facing area of the establishment, and they indicated that they understood.

     Correction: Post retail food establishment permit in a public area.

     Hot water temperature at handwashing sink was less than 85F. I informed the PIC that they need to adjust or repair the sink to ensure sufficiently hot water is available as soon as possible, and to use a neighboring sink as a handwashing sink, and only a handwashing sink, in the meantime.

     Correction: Water temperature at a handwashing sink shall be at least 85°F and no more than 110°F.
