Several pieces of equipment which are nonfunctional and/or not being used, including a grill, ice cream freezer, soft serve machine and small ice machines, were taking up space on the premises. I informed the PIC that they need to be removed, and the PIC told me that all equipment that is not in use will be removed.
Correction: Items that are unnecessary to the operation of the food establishment shall be removed from the premise.
