      Observed milk held at ambient temperature on the counter and measured at 60F. The PIC informed the milk was possibly on the counter for approx. 10-15min. The milk was placed back into the cooler to observe if it could cool quickly during the inspection and the milk measured at 58F approx. 20min later. Discussing with the PIC, the PIC agreed to discard the milk and replace with an unopened milk that was in the cooler. The PIC was informed to try and keep milk in the cooler when possible and not in-use when making drinks.

      Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. Discard unsafe food items.

      Upon inspection, PIC informed the establishment had just ran out of chlorine bleach sanitizer this morning. Discussing with the PIC, the PIC informed they had more sanitizer getting delivered today. Discussing with the PIC, the PIC informed the establishment has enough utensils and equipment to switch utensils and equipment every 4hrs from open to close today to not need to wash rinse and sanitize in-use utensils and equipment until the sanitizer arrives. The PIC also informed the establishment does not have sanitizer test strips available. The PIC informed the establishment uses chlorine bleach sanitizer. The PIC was informed th obtain chlorine test strips, to follow the chlorine bleach manufacturer's instructions for sanitizing food surfaces, and to obtain test strips to properly test the sanitizer concentration.

      Correction: Switch out in-use utensils and equipment every 4hrs with clean utensils and equipment today 09/04/2026 until sanitizer is obtained today. After sanitizer is obtained, utensils and equipment are to be washed rinsed and sanitized and routinely washed rinsed and sanitized.

The PIC informed the spray was Fabuloso cleaner. The PIC was informed Fabuloso was not safe and allowed for food contact surfaces and would need to be discontinued immediately.

      Correction: Sanitizer shall meet the requirements under 40 CFR 180.940 or 40 CFR 180.2020. Discontinue used of unapproved cleaners, like Fabuloso and use only approved sanitizers/cleaners for food contact surfaces.
