     Observed that containers of the daily special toppings in the customer self-service area is not protected from contamination. Observed no food barrier. Instructed PIC to provide a food barrier. PIC stated they will get a food barrier for the topping station. PIC then moved topping station behind service counter and customers have to requested toppings and will not be self service. PIC will continue this new practice until food barrier is set in place.

     Correction: Provide a food shield, food guard, or other effective means to protect food from potential consumer contamination.
