     Observed the water potential ("ORP") is 631mV. PoolBlu was also onsite and is aware of the ORP being low. PoolBlu is currently working on raising ORP.

     Correction: Maintain water potential between 650−900 mV, and manually test the water if the water potential reads below 650 mV or above 900 mV.

     Defective, improper, worn, or missing parts have not been replaced or repaired. Observed some of the non-slip textured strips are showering wear and strips are missing some pieces. PIC aware of the non-slip textured strisp. PIC stated they will get them repaired. Also observed paint chipping from the tongue of the frog water slide. PIC aware of the chipping paint and stated they will get it repaired.

     Correction: Replace or repair defective, improper, worn, or missing parts.

     Observed there is a hazardous condition at the pool. Observed a screw missing from from the VGBA grate. Informed PIC and PoolBlu. PoolBlu then place a screw in the grate. Grate is in complaince

     In a lifeguarded pool area: Gates and doors are not self-closing and latching, and the gates and doors to the pool are not staffed with an attendant and at least one lifeguard present. Attendant left post then returned .

     Correction: Provide at least one attendant or lifeguard at the gate or door and at least one lifeguard, or close the pool and lock the gate or door until an attendant and lifeguard can be provided.
