     Observed the floors inside the large walk in cooler, small walk in cooler, walk in freezer, shelfs in large walk in cooler, the bottom of the inside of 2 door upright cooler, and bottom of each shelf down each aisle are not cleaned on a frequent basis and have accumulation of debris. This is the second repeat violation. Instructed PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of each of these areas. PIC stated they will have employees clean these areas.

     Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
