     Observed the inside of doors of the 10 door cooler and the shelfs of the 10 door cooler are not cleaned on a frequent basis. Instructed PIC to increase the cleaning frequency of the 10 door cooler. PIC stated they will get an employee to clean it.

     Correction: Clean all equipment on a routine basis to prevent accumulation of soil residues.
