PIC was notified and PIC contacted maintenance company that will come in on 9/10/2026 to provide maintenance on machine. In the meantime, PIC is having staff manually add and monitor the necessary chlorine bleach to dishwasher to provide sanitization. Observed this temporary process is adequate, but system needs to be corrected ASAP.

      Correction: Provide training to employees on proper use and concentration of sanitizer or repair or adjust warewashing equipment to provide proper sanitizer concentration.
