The milk temped at 59F using the sandwich method with the probe thermometer between another gallon of milk. The PIC informed the cooler the milk was in was recently repaired. The PIC was informed to discard the milk. The PIC discarded the milk during the inspection.

      Observed the walk-in cooler for the 9Dr and 3Dr coolers not adequately cooling. The PIC informed the cooler malfunctioned during recent storms in the area a few weeks ago and they are waiting for repair. The PIC provided a picture of a work order in place. The walk-in cooler had a majority of non-tcs food items, but did have milk and eggs in the 9Dr cooler which temped at 59F and 55F respectively. The establishment was informed to discard the unsafe milk and eggs and if they wanted to replace them, to place them in another standalone cooler that was operational, or to wait until the walk-in coolers were operational. The establishment was provided a reinspection fee notice.
