Cooler was cleaned earlier today so ambient temps were down due to holding open doors and ice has built up over cold air supply vents due to left door slightly opening when shutting opposite right door. Ice chipped off during inspection and cooler coming down and at 34-42 by end of inspection. Unsafe items discarded
