     In the back, right corner of the garage, there is an electrical box and gas line hanging. The electrical box is unsecured, missing a cover plate and has a wire extended from the box. The gas piping is uncapped and unsupported. Electrical and gas line are zip tied together. The ventilation vents to the outside and is not a concern at this time.

     Correction: Secure the gas line and cap the open pipe. Secure the electrical box, install a cover plate and secure open wire. Work with a licensed professional to ensure installations are code compliant.
