      The new handwashing sinks (2) at the front counter and back kitchen area are not non-hand operated. The current faucet handles are not long enough to be nonhand operated and must be replaced with longer blade/paddle handles that can be operated without the use of hands.

      Correction: Employee handwashing sinks shall be non hand operated and if metered shall provide a flow of water without the need for reactivation for at least 15 seconds.
