     Cheesecake cups in hallway refrigerator were 43 deg F.

     Correction: Maintain cold time/temperature control for safety food at or below 41°F. All TCS items were immediately moved to another cooler and repair person was contacted. Do not use this unit until it able to hold foods items at 41 deg F or less at all times. Repair person was scheduled to come onsite this afternoon.
