UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES
The facility has an NSF approved dishwasher, but the directions posted for guests indicate it should run on the "standard" cycle. Post corrected directions indicating that the "sanitize" cycle should be run. Or obtain bleach and post sign provided.
Correction: All multi-use utensils must be washed, rinsed and sanitized using approved methods, equipment and chemicals. Provide approved 3 compartment sink or approved commercial dish machine for this purpose. Test sanitizer strength in manual/mechanical methods. Provide means of testing hot water sanitization, if applicable. No utensils for food contact may be washed in a guestroom lavatory.
