     UTENSIL SANITIZATION - CLEANING PROCEDURES

     All rooms containing dishes must post signs indictating that the dishes have been provided as a convenience. The dishes are clean but not sanitized and provide sanitizing instruction.

     Correction: Provide copies of placard provided by the MCHD, posting one in each room where dishes are provided. The sign may be edited to indicate that bleach is available at the front desk if requested.
