     Caviar and sausage is not protected from potential contamination. There is one container of caviar which has been opened to be portioned for retail. The facility does not have approval for this. There is a bag of unpackaged, labeled sausage which is not individually packaged for retail.

     Correction: Discard food item. Spoke with the owner and there was a misunderstanding regarding this process. Owner stated that the process will stop. Caviar shall not be sold. All food items for sale shall remain in the original packaging and shall be obtained in packaging.
